本文介绍了 CRH型动车组动车转向架一系拉杆在无承载车体状态下的作用,根据在转向架高阻抗测量中发现的问题,提出了将一系拉杆进行优化的思想。优化后的一系拉杆具有原一系拉杆的强度,同时又起到了一系垂向减振器使构架到轮对绝缘的性能,为后续动车转向架高阻抗测量节省了不少的人力、物力的支出,为公司节约了成本同时也提高了高阻抗测量的工作效率。
本文介紹瞭 CRH型動車組動車轉嚮架一繫拉桿在無承載車體狀態下的作用,根據在轉嚮架高阻抗測量中髮現的問題,提齣瞭將一繫拉桿進行優化的思想。優化後的一繫拉桿具有原一繫拉桿的彊度,同時又起到瞭一繫垂嚮減振器使構架到輪對絕緣的性能,為後續動車轉嚮架高阻抗測量節省瞭不少的人力、物力的支齣,為公司節約瞭成本同時也提高瞭高阻抗測量的工作效率。

This paper introduces the function of the primary pull rod of CRH EMU motor bogie without pressure of the car body. According to the problems found during high impedance measurements of the bogie , an idea of the technology optimization on primary pull rod is proposed . The primary pull rod after optimized has the same strength with the initial , and also it has the same insulation function with the primary vertical damper . With the new primary pull rod , it will reduce the spending of human power and supplies . And also , the new primary pull rod will reduce the cost for the company and improve efficiency for the high impedance measurements .
