公共服务设施的缺位已成为城市持续发展的瓶颈之一。本文从公共服务设施的新内涵入手，明确研究对象，然后提出规划理念，最后以浙江安吉为例，从配置标准、服务规模、控制体系、控制模式四大方面对公共服务设施体系规划的研究重点进行阐述。
公共服務設施的缺位已成為城市持續髮展的瓶頸之一。本文從公共服務設施的新內涵入手，明確研究對象，然後提齣規劃理唸，最後以浙江安吉為例，從配置標準、服務規模、控製體繫、控製模式四大方麵對公共服務設施體繫規劃的研究重點進行闡述。

The lack of public service facilities is becoming a barrier that hinders the healthy and sustainable development in cities. Starting from the new meaning of public service facilities, the paper explicated the object of study, and then put forward ideas. Finally, in the case study of Anji, Zhejiang, the paper described the research focus from the standard conifguration, the service scale, control system, and control mode in four major areas.
