在对低碳背景下中海油战略制定影响因素分析的基础上，通过对影响中海油战略制定的32个自变量、8个战略绩效指标进行主成分分析，分别找出自变量、因变量的主成分，并基于此建立多元线性回归模型，分析各个自变量对于战略绩效的影响程度，从而得出影响中海油战略制定的关键影响因素，以期为中国海洋石油总公司在今后的战略制定中能准确把握关键因素提供借鉴参考。
在對低碳揹景下中海油戰略製定影響因素分析的基礎上，通過對影響中海油戰略製定的32箇自變量、8箇戰略績效指標進行主成分分析，分彆找齣自變量、因變量的主成分，併基于此建立多元線性迴歸模型，分析各箇自變量對于戰略績效的影響程度，從而得齣影響中海油戰略製定的關鍵影響因素，以期為中國海洋石油總公司在今後的戰略製定中能準確把握關鍵因素提供藉鑒參攷。

The factors that can influence the strategy of CNOOC in the context of a low-carbon economy were analyzed through the examination of 32 independent variables and eight strategic performance indicators. The author attempts to identify the main components of those independent variables as well as the dependent variables, which serves as the foundation of building a multiple linear regression model that quantifies the impact of each independent variable on CNOOC’s strategic performance,providing reference for the company’s future strategic planning.
