目的：探讨螺旋 ct 对于急性肠梗阻的诊断价值，提高该病的诊疗水平。方法对我院在2007年3月至2010年5月间收治的经手术证实的急性肠梗阻患者的 ct 表现及临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结分析 ct 诊断的正确性。结果急性肠梗阻 ct 诊断明确40例，2例病例病因诊断错误，ct 诊断对于急性肠梗阻的敏感性为100%，病因诊断正确率为95.2%（40/42)。结论螺旋 ct 能够及时发现急性肠梗阻的病因，敏感性高，具有重要的临床诊断价值。

Objective to study the diagnostic value of spiral ct for acute intestinal obstruction, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods In our hospital from March 2007 to May 2007 were confirmed by surgery in patients with acute intestinal obstruction of the ct manifestations and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, to analyze the accuracy of ct diagnosis. Results the acute intestinal obstruction ct in the diagnosis of 40 cases, 2 cases of etiology diagnosis errors, for CT diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction of the sensitivity of 100%, the cause of diagnostic accuracy was 95.2%(40/42). Conclusion spiral ct can timely found the pathogeny of acute intestinal obstruction, high sensitivity, is of important clinical diagnostic value.
