目的：探讨2型糖尿病与胸椎相应关节压痛的关系。方法在收治的病人中采用分组方法对比观察。结果糖尿病组与合并组胸椎相应关节的压痛对比（P ＞0.05）,无差异；此两组胸椎相应关节（t6、7，t7、8,t8、9）的压痛情况分别与对照组比较（P ＜0.001）,有非常显著性差异。结论2型糖尿病与胸椎相应关节的压痛存在特异性。

목적：탐토2형당뇨병여흉추상응관절압통적관계。방법재수치적병인중채용분조방법대비관찰。결과당뇨병조여합병조흉추상응관절적압통대비（P ＞0.05）,무차이；차량조흉추상응관절（t6、7，t7、8,t8、9）적압통정황분별여대조조비교（P ＜0.001）,유비상현저성차이。결론2형당뇨병여흉추상응관절적압통존재특이성。
Objective to explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and the corresponding joint tenderness in the thoracic spine. Methods in patients with contrast observation method. Results compared with diabetic group and combined group thoracic tenderness of the corresponding joint (P > 0.05), no difference between the two groups; thoracic corresponding joint (t6、7, t7、8, t8、9) the tender respectively compared with the control group (P < 0.001), there are very significant differences. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus and thoracic corresponding joint tenderness specificity.
