目的：观察利普刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2013年1月～2013年7月收治的32例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料，观察利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。结果：32例患者利普刀手术治疗时间为5～25min，平均8min,治愈30例，2例有效，总有效率为100％，随访观察3个月，均未见明显术后并发症。结论：应用利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎效果理想，值得临床推广使用。

목적：관찰리보도치료궁경질병적림상료효。방법：회고성분석아원2013년1월～2013년7월수치적32례만성궁경염환자적림상자료，관찰리보도치료만성궁경염적림상효과。결과：32례환자리보도수술치료시간위5～25min，평균8min,치유30례，2례유효，총유효솔위100％，수방관찰3개월，균미견명현술후병발증。결론：응용리보도치료만성궁경염효과이상，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of LEEP in treatment of cervical diseases. Methods:a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 32 cases of Chronic Cervicitis Patients in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 from 7 month, to observe the clinical effect of LEEP in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Results:32 cases of patients with LEEP operation treatment time is 5~25min, average 8min, 30 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 100%, fol ow-up of 3 months, there were no obvious postoperative complications. Conclusions:The ideal effect of chronic cervicitis treated conclusion LEEP, worthy of clinical use.
