目的：观察健康教育对糖尿病肾病患者认知依从性的影响，并进一步指导临床。方法：对潍坊市人民医院诊治的548例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查，了解糖尿病肾病患者对急慢性并发症防治知识掌握情况及自我管理情况。结果：糖尿病肾病患者健康教育前后对并发症防治知识掌握情况有差别，教育后防治知识掌握情况明显提高，但与目标值仍有一定差距。患者的自我管理情况教育后显著提高。结论：健康教育为糖尿病患者提供基础信息，对有效地控制糖尿病的发展具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the effect of health education on the cognitive compliance in patients with diabetic nephropathy, and to guide clinical.
