教学运行规律是指教学系统内部各要素之间内在的、本质的、必然的联系。“教学和一”是问题导向教学模式运行的基本规律；“整体优化”是问题导向教学模式运行的质量规律；“有效转化”是问题导向教学模式运行的否定之否定规律；“师生相长”是问题导向教学模式运行的发展规律。这些规律不仅适合于思想政治理论课教学，也适合于其他课程，是具有普遍性的规律。

Teaching operating law refers to the internal, essential and inevitable connection among all the elements within the sys-tem. "Teaching-study unity" is the basic rule of problem-oriented teaching mode;"integrative optimization" is the quality rule of problem-oriented teaching mode; "effective transformation" is the law of negation; and " development between teachers and students" is the law of development of problem oriented teaching mode. These laws are suitable not only for ideological and political theory course teaching, but also for other courses.
