以尿素、乙二醛、聚乙烯醇为原料,采用碱-酸工艺合成缩聚树脂,并将该树脂用于胶合板的制备。采用Design Expert 8.0.6软件进行中心组合试验设计,考察乙二醛与尿素摩尔比、聚乙烯醇添加量(质量百分比)、加成反应pH( OH-)和缩聚反应pH( H+)4因素对树脂合成及胶合性能的影响。结果表明:尿素-乙二醛-聚乙烯醇树脂的胶合强度达不到II类胶合板的标准,但甲醛释放量可达到E0级水平。
以尿素、乙二醛、聚乙烯醇為原料,採用堿-痠工藝閤成縮聚樹脂,併將該樹脂用于膠閤闆的製備。採用Design Expert 8.0.6軟件進行中心組閤試驗設計,攷察乙二醛與尿素摩爾比、聚乙烯醇添加量(質量百分比)、加成反應pH( OH-)和縮聚反應pH( H+)4因素對樹脂閤成及膠閤性能的影響。結果錶明:尿素-乙二醛-聚乙烯醇樹脂的膠閤彊度達不到II類膠閤闆的標準,但甲醛釋放量可達到E0級水平。

Using the alkali acid process, the polycondensation resin were synthesized using urea, glyoxal and polyvinyl alcohol as the raw material, and it was used for the preparation of plywood. Central composite experimental design using Design-Expert 8.0.6, was used to examine the effects of molar ratio, polyvinyl alcohol dosage ( mass percentage) , the addition reaction ( OH-) and polycondensation reaction ( H+) of pH values on the resin synthesis and gluing properties. The results showed that the bonding strength of urea-glyoxal-polyvinyl alcohol resin could not reach the standard of Class II of plywood, but the formaldehyde emission of which could reach the level of E0 class.
