枇杷是南方特色水果之一,营养价值高,又有很好的保健效果,增长较快,成为农业增效、农民致富的重要途径,但因其皮薄极易腐烂,保鲜难度大,制约产业发展。对枇杷采后品质与生理特性、保鲜技术研究现状及存在问题进行综述,为产业发展提供有益借鉴。

Loquat is one of the characteristics of the South fruit, which has high nutritional value, but also good health effects and rapid growth, and it has become an important way to agricultural efficiency and for farmers to get rich. However, the industrial development is restricted because of it is thin, highly perishable and fresh difficult. The loquat postharvest quality and physiological characteristics, the status and problems of preservation technology are reviewed to provide a useful reference for the industry.
