近年来，云南绝大多数的马铃薯淀粉企业处于停产或半停产状态，究其原因由于购销合同缺乏实质约束性，农民不愿种植淀粉薯，使用菜用薯导致企业原料薯成本过高；国际低价马铃薯淀粉产品对国内市场冲击，使得企业缺乏利润空间，不得不停止生产。我国城镇化的发展将为土地流转带来生机，也为马铃薯淀粉企业建立自己的淀粉薯基地、进行规模化、机械化种植创造了机会。为了走出困境，企业要注重培养科技研发能力，生产个性化、多样化适于市场需求的淀粉产品，减少同质竞争，力争生产高端马铃薯淀粉产品，弥补我国进口缺口。

In recent years, most of potato starch enterprises are in production suspension state or semi production suspension state because of invalid binding force of purchasing contracts, farmer's unwillingness of starch rich potato, and high cost of using vegetable potato. Importation of low cost starch potato has an impact on domestic market causing enterprises stop production. Urbanization provides opportunities for land transfer and also opportunities for enterprises to set up their own production base and large scale production and mechanize potato production. In order to break the dilemma, enterprises put more emphasis on technologies, individualizing production and diversifying production to meet market demands, reducing homogeneous competition, producing high end products to make up imports.
