红花籽油经皂化酸化制得脂肪酸后,用尿素包合分离纯化其中的亚油酸,经过试验得到纯化的最佳工艺条件为温度5℃,尿素/甲醇0.3 g/mL,脲脂比7∶1;包合时间20 h,亚油酸纯度为98.55%,得率为73.05%。
紅花籽油經皂化痠化製得脂肪痠後,用尿素包閤分離純化其中的亞油痠,經過試驗得到純化的最佳工藝條件為溫度5℃,尿素/甲醇0.3 g/mL,脲脂比7∶1;包閤時間20 h,亞油痠純度為98.55%,得率為73.05%。

The mixed fatty acids are obtained with saponification and acidification from safflower seed oil, and the linoleic acid of them is separated and purified by urea adduction fractionation. The tested results are as follows: the temperature 5 ℃, urea/methanol 0.3 g/mL, urea/fatty acids ratio 7∶1, adduction time 20 h, the purity of linoleic acid is 98.55% and yield of linoleic acid is 73.05%.
