贺兰山东麓地区在发展酿酒葡萄产业资源优势的基础上,进一步分析本土酵母菌资源与全国酵母菌资源的研究进展,认为贺兰山东麓地区具有发展葡萄产业独特的生态资源优势,同时也具有丰富的酵母菌资源;酵母菌资源的多样性和地域特色性,为选育出适应本区域生态环境的优良酵母菌、改善和提高葡萄酒的品质,以及生产出具有本地独特风格的葡萄酒产品提供了广阔的应用前景。

Based on the resource advantages to develop wine grape industry in eastern region of Helan mountain, the developments of local yeast resources and others yeast resources are further analyzed. In the eastern region of Helan mountain, grape and wine industry shows obvious ecological resources advantages, and also has a wealth of yeast resources; the diversity and regional characteristics of yeast resource provides a broad application prospects for the breeding of Saccharo sac. adapting to the regional ecological environment, improving and enhancing the quality of the wine, and producing the local unique style wine.
