制丝润叶加料工序含水率控制中,控制方法由于没有考虑蒸汽和糖料对含水率的影响,导致润叶加料出口含水率波动较大、控制失调,影响润叶加料含水率稳定性, Ppk合格率偏低。为此,改进润叶加料含水率控制方式,优化加水量控制算法。结果表明,不同牌号蒸汽和糖料对加料含水率影响存在显著性差异;采用分品牌差异化设置控制模式,含水率稳定性得到较大提高,改进后该工序Ppk月度合格率由90%以下提升至95%以上。
