目的:探讨百炎净联合黄连素对鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤损伤的影响。方法:将76例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组各38例,对照组在患者颈部照射野皮肤处使用聚维酮碘,实验组使用百炎净联合黄连素,比较两组不同时间段发生Ⅰ度放射性皮肤损伤情况及放疗第6周放射性皮肤损伤程度。结果:两组不同时间段发生Ⅰ度放射性皮肤损伤情况及放疗第6周放射性皮肤损伤程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取局部预防性干预措施,可减轻鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤放射性损伤。百炎净联合黄连素对鼻咽癌放疗患者的皮肤有防护作用,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토백염정연합황련소대비인암방료환자피부손상적영향。방법:장76례비인암방료환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각38례,대조조재환자경부조사야피부처사용취유동전,실험조사용백염정연합황련소,비교량조불동시간단발생Ⅰ도방사성피부손상정황급방료제6주방사성피부손상정도。결과:량조불동시간단발생Ⅰ도방사성피부손상정황급방료제6주방사성피부손상정도비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:채취국부예방성간예조시,가감경비인암방료환자피부방사성손상。백염정연합황련소대비인암방료환자적피부유방호작용,치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound SMZ combined with berberine on the injury of skin of nasopharyngeal cancer patients with radiotherapy .Methods:76 nasopharyngeal cancer patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (38 cases in each group).Povidone iodine was daubed around the irradiation field of the patient 's neck in the control group;com-pound SMZ combined with berberine was used in the experimental group .First-degree radioactive skin injury of the patients in different time-range and the degree of skin injury on the 6th week of radiotherapy were compared between the two groups .Results:There were sta-tistically significant differences in the comparison of first -degree radioactive skin injury in different time -range and the degree of skin in-jury on the 6th week of radiotherapy between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The local preventive intervention measures can reduce the radiation injury of skin of radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer .The compound SMZ combined with berberine has a pro-tective effect on the patient's skin in radiotherapy .
