目的：探讨快速康复外科理念（ FTS）对钬激光碎石术治疗效果的影响。方法：按手术方式，将80例钬激光碎石术患者分为对照组和干预组各40例。对照组采用传统的开腹手术方式，干预组对钬激光输尿管镜碎石术进行快速康复外科理念干预，观察两组患者的手术时间、住院天数、首次排气时间、患者满意度及并发症发生等指标，并进行比较。结果：干预组与对照组比较，手术时间、住院天数、首次排气时间明显缩短，并发症发生例数明显减少，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。结论：快速康复外科理念是一种适合输尿管结石患者的治疗模式，能缓解手术应激，减少并发症，加速患者术后康复，提高患者的远期生存质量。
목적：탐토쾌속강복외과이념（ FTS）대화격광쇄석술치료효과적영향。방법：안수술방식，장80례화격광쇄석술환자분위대조조화간예조각40례。대조조채용전통적개복수술방식，간예조대화격광수뇨관경쇄석술진행쾌속강복외과이념간예，관찰량조환자적수술시간、주원천수、수차배기시간、환자만의도급병발증발생등지표，병진행비교。결과：간예조여대조조비교，수술시간、주원천수、수차배기시간명현축단，병발증발생례수명현감소，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。결론：쾌속강복외과이념시일충괄합수뇨관결석환자적치료모식，능완해수술응격，감소병발증，가속환자술후강복，제고환자적원기생존질량。
Objective:To explore the influence of the fast -track surgery concept on the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy . Methods:80 patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group (40 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received conventional open surgery and the patients in the intervention group were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy and given intervention according to the fast -track surgery concept.The length of operation,hospitalization days,the first exhaust time,patient satis-faction and the incidence of complications of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups .Results:There were statisti-cally significant differences in the comparison of the length of operation ,hospitalization days ,the first exhaust time ,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications of the patients between the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The fast track surgery is the suit-able mode in the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi .It can relieve stress response ,reduce the complications ,promote and improve recovery and long-term quality of life of the patients .
