螺杆压缩机转子受力的准确计算是保障压缩机可靠性的基本条件。本文利用有限元方法对螺杆空压机阴阳转子所受气体力进行了分析计算,提出了实现转子受力计算的有效、快速的方法及实施方案。同时对转子所受轴向力进行了试验测试,验证了该方法的准确性。

Exactitude Calculation of forces received by the rotors can improve the reliability of twin -screw compressor .The finite element method used to calculate the forces of male and female rotors is presented , which can obtain the forces variation along the rotation angle of the male rotor successfully , simply and fast.In order to verify the accuracy of finite element method , the axial force of rotor has been tested .The results of theoretical calculation by finite element method are in good agreement with the meas -ured data .
