通过数值模拟对储油罐机械清洗设备上的清洗泵在输送高粘性介质时的性能与输送水时性能进行对比。从泵内的压力分布、速度分布分析粘性对内部流场的影响,以及粘性的变化对泵扬程的影响。输送高粘性介质时离心泵的性能发生偏离,偏离程度随着粘性的增加而增大。
通過數值模擬對儲油罐機械清洗設備上的清洗泵在輸送高粘性介質時的性能與輸送水時性能進行對比。從泵內的壓力分佈、速度分佈分析粘性對內部流場的影響,以及粘性的變化對泵颺程的影響。輸送高粘性介質時離心泵的性能髮生偏離,偏離程度隨著粘性的增加而增大。

This paper studies the different between the pump for pumping viscous liquid and that for pumping water in mechani -cal cleaning of oil tank by using the method of numerical simulation .In the base of the internal flow field distribution of pressure and velocity , the affect caused by the viscous to the internal flow field and the affect caused by the viscous variety to the head were discussed .The performance of the pump for pumping viscous liquid was deviated from that for pumping water .And the de-parture increases with the increase of viscous .
