利用Fluent建立了高温泵用非接触式气膜密封模型,分析了考虑粘温效应对密封参数的影响。并计算得出随着转速和压力比的变化,粘温效应对开启力、刚漏比、摩擦功耗以及最大端面温度的影响。研究发现随转速增大,粘温效应对密封参数的影响愈发明显;而粘温效应对密封参数的影响与压力比无明显关系。为高温泵用非接触式气膜密封设计提供相关参考。
利用Fluent建立瞭高溫泵用非接觸式氣膜密封模型,分析瞭攷慮粘溫效應對密封參數的影響。併計算得齣隨著轉速和壓力比的變化,粘溫效應對開啟力、剛漏比、摩抆功耗以及最大耑麵溫度的影響。研究髮現隨轉速增大,粘溫效應對密封參數的影響愈髮明顯;而粘溫效應對密封參數的影響與壓力比無明顯關繫。為高溫泵用非接觸式氣膜密封設計提供相關參攷。

The model of a non-contact gas seal used on high temperature pumps to analyze the different effect on the sealing pa -rameters considering the viscosity-temperature effect was established by Fluent .And as the speed and the pressure ratio change , the influence of the viscosity-temperature effect were calculated on opening force , stiffness-leakage ratio, friction power loss and maximum end temperature .Coming with the speed increasing , the viscosity-temperature effect on the sealing parameters becomes increasingly apparent;while the effect has no significant relationship with the pressure ratio .This study provides references for the structural design and selection of non-contact gas seal used on high temperature pumps .
