目的：探讨健康教育在宫颈癌患者治疗中的应用效果。方法：将2012年7月～2013年7月期间筛查出的103例宫颈癌随机分为对照组50例和观察组53例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取系统全面的健康教育，比较两组患者相关知识掌握情况及生存质量评分。结果：两组患者干预后相关知识掌握率均明显提高（P＜0．05），并且观察组干预后知识掌握率明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。观察组患者干预后生存质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：系统全面的健康教育能够明显提高女性对宫颈癌相关知识的认知程度，有利于宫颈癌的早发现、早治疗，并且有效提高患者生存质量。
목적：탐토건강교육재궁경암환자치료중적응용효과。방법：장2012년7월～2013년7월기간사사출적103례궁경암수궤분위대조조50례화관찰조53례，대조조채취상규호리，관찰조채취계통전면적건강교육，비교량조환자상관지식장악정황급생존질량평분。결과：량조환자간예후상관지식장악솔균명현제고（P＜0．05），병차관찰조간예후지식장악솔명현우우대조조（P＜0．05）。관찰조환자간예후생존질량평분명현고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：계통전면적건강교육능구명현제고녀성대궁경암상관지식적인지정도，유리우궁경암적조발현、조치료，병차유효제고환자생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of health education in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer .Methods:103 cervical cancer patients screened from July 2012 to July 2013 were randomly divided into the control group ( n=50) and the observa-tion group(n=53).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the comprehensive and systematic health education was conducted in the observation group .The patient's awareness of the related knowledge and the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups .Results:The patient's awareness rate of the related knowledge was significantly higher in both groups after the intervention ( P<0.05);the patient's awareness rate of the related knowledge was obviously higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05);the scores of life quality of the patients were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive and systematic health education can significantly improve the cog -nition of women to the related knowledge of cervical cancer ,which is conducive to the early detection and treatment of cervical cancer and to improving the life quality of the patients .
