以广陆矮4号为受体,日本晴为供体的119个染色体单片段代换系为材料,通过单因素方差分析和Dun-nett’s多重比较,分析染色体单片段代换系与受体亲本之间糙米率的差异,对代换片段上的糙米率相关QTL进行鉴定。以P≤0.001为阈值共检测到2个糙米率QTL,利用代换作图法将其分别定位在第6染色体和第9染色体上,2个QTL均表现为增效作用,增效位点来自于粳稻亲本日本晴,其加性效应值分别为1.49%和1.32%,加性效应百分率分别为1.89%和1.68%。该研究对进一步发掘和利用新的水稻糙米率QTL具有重要意义,同时对提高水稻糙米率、增加稻米的实际产量具有十分重要的经济价值。

Brown rice rate is one of the indexes for rice milling quality measurement .In this study ,the inherit-ance of brown rice rate was characterized using 119 chromosome single segment substitution lines ( CSSSLs ) derived from Nipponbare and Guangluai 4 .One-way ANOVA and Dunnett′s test were employed to compare the difference between CSSSLs and the recurrent parent Guangluai 4.We detected 2 QTL(P≤0.001) for brown rice rate which were primarily mapped on chromosome 6 and 9 by substitution mapping .Both of the allele from donor parent Nip-ponbare had positive effects .The additive effects of 2 QTL were 1.49% and 1.32% respectively, with additive effect percentages 1.89%and 1.68%.These results provide useful information for exploring and using new brown rice rate related QTL,and also have important economic value for increasing brown rice rate and actual production of rice.
