目的：通过总结对颅脑外伤后精神障碍患者的相关护理经验和体会，进一步规范护理措施，提高护理质量，以有效控制和改善患者的精神症状。方法：通过对医院5年来的81例颅脑外伤后精神障碍患者出现的各种急性精神障碍和慢性精神障碍症状，采用全面的综合性护理方法，可以使大多数精神症状随着脑损伤的恢复，症状得到缓解好转。结果：本组痊愈31例，显著进步35例，进步8例，效果满意。结论：对颅脑外伤后精神障碍患者实施综合性护理，并加以个性化护理干预，可有效改善患者精神症状，减少并发症的发生，促进康复。

목적：통과총결대로뇌외상후정신장애환자적상관호리경험화체회，진일보규범호리조시，제고호리질량，이유효공제화개선환자적정신증상。방법：통과대의원5년래적81례로뇌외상후정신장애환자출현적각충급성정신장애화만성정신장애증상，채용전면적종합성호리방법，가이사대다수정신증상수착뇌손상적회복，증상득도완해호전。결과：본조전유31례，현저진보35례，진보8례，효과만의。결론：대로뇌외상후정신장애환자실시종합성호리，병가이개성화호리간예，가유효개선환자정신증상，감소병발증적발생，촉진강복。
Objective: To standardize the nurse care measures, improve nurse care quality and control the patients’ psychiatric symptoms through the summary of related nurse care experience for the patients with psychiatric symptoms due to craniocerebral trauma. Methods: A total of 81 cases with psychiatric symptoms due to craniocerebral trauma got various acute and chronic psychiatric symptoms in recent 5 years in hospital. The comprehensive nurse care measures were applied in order to make the psychiatric symptoms achieve remission with the recovery of craniocerebral trauma. Results: Total 31 cases were cured successful y and other 35 cases were improved significantly. The reminder 8 cases got limited improvement. Conclusions: The patients with psychiatric symptoms due to craniocerebral trauma can get symptoms improvements and complication reduction through the comprehensive and individuation nurse care.
