广西水资源丰富,雨热同季,降水在空间和季节分布极端不平衡,水库在水资源利用、分配和调节上起到关键作用。利用HJ-1卫星CCD晴空数据,采用单波段阈值法和目视解译法识别广西重要的4座水库:澄碧河、平龙、龟石和青狮潭水库,获取2009-2012年4座水库逐月水面监测图和监测数据,阐述水库水面对比分析,揭示水库水面动态变化成因、变化关系和遵循规律,分析广西代表水库水面积年周期变化特征、年际变化特征、月际变化特征、空域变化特征和监测特例,为水库动态管理提供科学、客观的依据,使水库在农业生产、水库增收、防灾减灾、航道交通和人畜用水等方面创造更大经济效益和社会效益。

Although water resources are rich in the Guangxi Zhuang Automomous Region, the spatial and seasonal distribution of precipitation is extreme imbalance as rainfalls always happen in hot season. So,res-ervoirs play a key role in water use, distribution and regulation. In this paper, HJ-1 clear sky data is used to identify four major reservoirs in Guangxi with the application of single-band threshold method and visual interpretation method. Monthly water monitoring diagram and data of these four reservoirs from 2009 to 2012 have been collected through HJ-1 satellite. A comparative analysis has revealed the reasons for the dynamic changes, changing relationship and regulations in these reservoirs’ water areas. Further study has also been made to the year cycle, interannual variability, monthly changes, spatial change and monitoring exception of the typical reservoirs in Guangxi, which will provide scientific and objective basis for agricul-tural production, reservoir openration, disaster prevention and reduction, waterways management and water supply projects.
