目的:探讨人胎盘生乳素(HPL)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)及孕酮(PRG)对早期稽留流产的诊断的合理性、准确性及可行性,为早期稽留流产的诊断提供参考依据。方法选择明确诊断为早期稽留流产的患者41例为研究组,同期正常妊娠要求流产患者40例为对照组。应用酶联免疫法检测人胎盘生乳素(HPL)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(PRG)用化学发光免疫法检测。结果(1)人胎盘生乳素(HPL)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)及孕酮(PRG):实验组检测值低于对照组检测值,统计学差异显著(p<0.05);(2)血管内皮生长因子(VEGF):实验组检测值高于对照组检测值,统计学差异显著(p<0.05)。结论人胎盘生乳素(HPL)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)及孕酮(PRG)在稽留流产中的表达低于正常妊娠,而血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在稽留流产中的表达高于正常妊娠。

목적:탐토인태반생유소(HPL)、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)、인융모막촉성선격소(HCG)급잉동(PRG)대조기계류유산적진단적합이성、준학성급가행성,위조기계류유산적진단제공삼고의거。방법선택명학진단위조기계류유산적환자41례위연구조,동기정상임신요구유산환자40례위대조조。응용매련면역법검측인태반생유소(HPL)、혈관내피생장인자(VEGF),인융모막촉성선격소(HCG)、잉동(PRG)용화학발광면역법검측。결과(1)인태반생유소(HPL)、인융모막촉성선격소(HCG)급잉동(PRG):실험조검측치저우대조조검측치,통계학차이현저(p<0.05);(2)혈관내피생장인자(VEGF):실험조검측치고우대조조검측치,통계학차이현저(p<0.05)。결론인태반생유소(HPL)、인융모막촉성선격소(HCG)급잉동(PRG)재계류유산중적표체저우정상임신,이혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)재계류유산중적표체고우정상임신。
Objective Through discussing Human placental lactogen (HPL), Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), Human choronic gonadotropin (HCG) and the Progesterone (PRG) abortion of diagnosis of rationality, and accuracy and the feasibility on early missed , in order to find reference for the diagnosis of the missed abortion. Method Take 20-35 years of age, Clear diagnosis to an earlier study on 41 cases of missed abortion groups, select both over 40 cases of normal pregnancy as the control group. Application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection of Human placental lactogen (HPL), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), HCG and Progesterone (PRG) automated chemiluminescent immunoassay Analyzer. Results (1) Human placental lactogen (HPL), and Human choronic gonadotropin (HCG) and the pregnancy ketone (PRG):Experimental group detection value below against group detection value, statistics differences significantly (p<0.05); (2) Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF): experimental group detection value than against group detection value, statistics differences significantly (p<0.05).Conclusions In missed abortion, the expressions of Human placental lactogen (HPL), Human choronic gonadotropin (HCG) and Progesterone (PRG) are less than the normal pregnancy missed abortion, and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) are higher than normal pregnancy missed abortion.
