以速灭威为模板分子,自制的2-氨基吡啶丙烯酰胺为荧光功能单体,甲基丙烯酸为辅助功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用本体聚合的方法合成了对速灭威具有选择识别性能的荧光分子印迹聚合物。结果表明,使用0.50 mL乙腈和0.50 mL甲苯为溶剂,模板分子、荧光功能单体、辅助功能单体和交联剂的摩尔比为1∶1∶2∶20,所制备的荧光聚合物具有最佳的吸附能力。对合成的聚合物进行平衡结合实验、吸附动力学实验和选择性实验,其荧光光谱分析结果表明该聚合物可用于分子印迹荧光传感器。

A molecularly functionalized polymer with fluorescence which can selective and recognize metolcarb was prepared by bulk polymerization method using metolcarb as the template, 2-acrylamidopyridine-acrylamide as the fluorescent functional monomer, methacrylic acid as the co-monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker and 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator. The results showed that the fluorescent imprined polymer could present best sorption and selective ability under the condition with adding the solvent of 0.50 mL acetonitrile and 0.50 mL toluene, the mol ratio of template molecule, fluorescent functional monomer,co-monomer and cross-linker of 1∶1∶2∶20. The resulted imprinted polymer was evaluated by static absorption, kinetic absorption, selective experiments. The data analysed by fluorescence spectrophotometry proved that the imprined polymer can be used as fluorescent sensor.
