目的:探讨羊膜和胎盘的超微结构变化与羊水过少形成的之间的关系。方法取正常足月妊娠和羊水过少患者羊膜和胎盘的小块组织,常规制作超薄切片,电镜下观察。结果羊水过少患者羊膜和胎盘绒毛上皮细胞及细胞器,出现固缩退变老化,如,微绒毛脱落、线粒体内质网肿胀或固缩、基膜增厚甚至钙化等。结论胎盘老化、灌注不足所致的缺血、缺氧,胎盘功能低下胎儿慢性缺氧是羊水过少的主要原因之一。

목적:탐토양막화태반적초미결구변화여양수과소형성적지간적관계。방법취정상족월임신화양수과소환자양막화태반적소괴조직,상규제작초박절편,전경하관찰。결과양수과소환자양막화태반융모상피세포급세포기,출현고축퇴변노화,여,미융모탈락、선립체내질망종창혹고축、기막증후심지개화등。결론태반노화、관주불족소치적결혈、결양,태반공능저하태인만성결양시양수과소적주요원인지일。
Objective To study the relationship between ultrastructure changes in amnion and placenta and oligohydramnios formations. Methods The smal pieces of amniotic membrane and placenta in normal and oligohydramnios were taken, the ultra-thin slices were made by routine method. The slices were observed under the electron microscope. Results The epithelial and their organel es of amniotic membrane and placental vil us became pycnosis and aging, such as microvil i of placental vil us epithelial were rare even lose, basement membrane became thinker and also some calcificational material deposit in, the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum showed swel ing or shrink et al. Conclusion fetus chronic hypoxia caused by placenta aging, hypoxia is the main reason of oligohydramnios.
