目的：比较利培酮和奋乃静治疗老年期精神障碍的疗效与副作用。方法将96例老年期精神障碍患者，随机分为利培酮组和奋乃静组，分别给予利培酮和奋乃静治疗。疗程6周。以简明精神病评定量表（BPrs）评定疗效，用副反应量表（tess）评定不良反应。结果利培酮与奋乃静临床疗效差异无显著性。利培酮的不良反应主要为失眠，恶心、呕吐。奋乃静锥体外系反应较重。结论利培酮治疗老年期精神障碍疗效较好，安全性高，有利于长期巩固维持治疗，可以作老年精神障碍的首选药物。

목적：비교리배동화강내정치료노년기정신장애적료효여부작용。방법장96례노년기정신장애환자，수궤분위리배동조화강내정조，분별급여리배동화강내정치료。료정6주。이간명정신병평정량표（BPrs）평정료효，용부반응량표（tess）평정불량반응。결과리배동여강내정림상료효차이무현저성。리배동적불량반응주요위실면，악심、구토。강내정추체외계반응교중。결론리배동치료노년기정신장애료효교호，안전성고，유리우장기공고유지치료，가이작노년정신장애적수선약물。
Objective to compare the therapeutic and side effects of risperidone and Perphenazine in the senile psychiatric patients. Methods 96 senile psychiatric patients were divided into risperidone group and Perphenazine group respectively for more than 6 weeks. the therapeutic and side effects were evaluated with BPrs and tess respectively. Results there was no significant difference in therapeutic effects between the two groups. The main side effects of Risperidone were insomnia, nausea and vomiting. ePs induced by Perphenazine was rather severe. Conclusions risperidone can be used in treatment not only in schizophrenic patients but also in senile psychiatric patients, and it could be the choice drug in senile psychiatric patients because of its excellent therapeutic effect, lower dosage, fewer side effects and better tolerance than the typical antipsychotics.
