目的:探讨女性患者尿动力学检查过程中的常见影响因素及护理。方法对362例女性以下尿路症状患者行尿动力学检查,其中年龄22-78岁,平均(43+5)岁,均因下尿路症状(LUTS)就诊检查。其中以尿频为主诉者279例(79%),合并尿潴留8例(2%),尿失禁61例(17%),颈椎或腰椎外伤后截瘫2例(1%),子宫脱垂伴排尿困难5例(1%)。结果所有患者均顺利完成尿动力学检查,精神因素,环境,导管,体位,灌注速度,尿量,操作人员技术等都对检查结果有影响。其中精神因素影响8例,环境因素影响26例,导管因素12例,体位因素38例。结论与患者有效沟通,创造适宜的环境,自然的体位,适宜的灌注速度、操作人员的态度及技术等都影响尿动力学检查结果的准确性。

Objective To explore influencing factors in women with urodynamic examination process and nursing. Methods 362 cases of female LUTS tests, 22-78 years old, average age (43+5),al patients were examined for LUTS . The frequency complained for the 279 cases (79%), 8 cases with urinary retention (2%), urinary incontinence in 61 cases (17%), cervical or lumbartraumatic paraplegia in 2 cases (1%), uterine prolapse with dysuria in 5 cases (1%). Results Al patients were successful y completed urodynamic examination, psychological factors,environmental, catheter, posture, fil ing rate, urine volume, operating personnel also have influence on the test results.Mental factors in 8 cases, environmental in 26 cases, catheter in 12 cases, position of 38 cases. Conclusion Effective communication with patients, suitable environment, natural posture, appropriate infusion rate of accuracy, operation staff attitudes and technology would influence the urodynamic results.
