A survey on the health%medical and health services%veteran cadres
目的：通过调查军队离退休干部及其家属的健康状况，探讨新形势下部队离退休干部的保健措施。方法：对370名军队离退休干部及其349名包干家属进行问卷调查，内容包括老年人所患各种疾病，并对数据进行分析。结果：常见老年病如冠心病、高血压、脑血管病、前列腺增生症、骨关节病、糖尿病等疾病患病率高，其中离退休干部同时患四种以上疾病占79.46%，家属同时患四种以上疾病者占24.36%。离退休干部患病率、疾病种类显著高于家属（P＞0.001）。结论：军队离退休干部健康状况不容乐观，须加强疾病预防工作，尽快完善疾病防治程序。
目的：通過調查軍隊離退休榦部及其傢屬的健康狀況，探討新形勢下部隊離退休榦部的保健措施。方法：對370名軍隊離退休榦部及其349名包榦傢屬進行問捲調查，內容包括老年人所患各種疾病，併對數據進行分析。結果：常見老年病如冠心病、高血壓、腦血管病、前列腺增生癥、骨關節病、糖尿病等疾病患病率高，其中離退休榦部同時患四種以上疾病佔79.46%，傢屬同時患四種以上疾病者佔24.36%。離退休榦部患病率、疾病種類顯著高于傢屬（P＞0.001）。結論：軍隊離退休榦部健康狀況不容樂觀，鬚加彊疾病預防工作，儘快完善疾病防治程序。
목적：통과조사군대리퇴휴간부급기가속적건강상황，탐토신형세하부대리퇴휴간부적보건조시。방법：대370명군대리퇴휴간부급기349명포간가속진행문권조사，내용포괄노년인소환각충질병，병대수거진행분석。결과：상견노년병여관심병、고혈압、뇌혈관병、전렬선증생증、골관절병、당뇨병등질병환병솔고，기중리퇴휴간부동시환사충이상질병점79.46%，가속동시환사충이상질병자점24.36%。리퇴휴간부환병솔、질병충류현저고우가속（P＞0.001）。결론：군대리퇴휴간부건강상황불용악관，수가강질병예방공작，진쾌완선질병방치정서。
Objective To investigate general health status and the prevalence of chronic diseases of the veteran cadres and their wives. Methods A Total of 370 veteran cadres(mean age 81.76±1.89 years) and their wives(mean age 75.96±2.18 years) in a residential area were inquired. Information ofchronic diseases were col ected by a questionnaire,in which the person with chronic disease was defined if he or she had a diagnostic certificate made by a county or above hospital. Results Cardiovascular diseases was the most common chronic disease of the veteran cadres.Other common chronic diseases were ranged as: hypertention,cerebrovascular, urogenital disease,musculoskeletal disease, diabetes mel itus. 348 persons(94.05%) of the veteran cadres and 33.81% of their wives are suffering from more than 3 kinds of chronic diseases. Conclusion Aiming at the features of the chronic disease spectrum was the precondiction to establish affective medical and health services for the veteran cadres.
