目的:探讨舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉在腹腔镜手术患者的麻醉效果;方法本研究选择我院2009年10月-2012年10月行腹腔镜手术的患者120例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉,观察组采用舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉,观察两组术前麻醉效果、术后呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间、苏醒睁眼时间以及不良反应等情况;结果观察组在术前麻醉效果、术后呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间、苏醒睁眼时间以及不良反应等情况都明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;结论舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉在腹腔镜手术中麻醉效果显著,同时安全性极高,能有效加快术后恢复时间和苏醒时间,值得临床医院合理推广应用。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of sufentannil and propofol combined in laparoscopic surgery; Methods: This study choose our line in October 2009-2012, 120 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery, patients randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 60 cases, control group adopts compound fentanyl propofol anesthesia, observation group with sufentanil compound propofol anesthesia, observe two groups of preoperative anesthetic effect, postoperative respiratory recovery time, recovery time, waking him only time and adverse reactions, and so on and so forth; Results: The observation group in the preoperative anesthetic effect, postoperative respiratory recovery time, recovery time, waking him only time and adverse reactions, and so on and so forth are obviously better than that of control group, the difference was statistical y significant, P < 0.05;Conclusion: Sufentannil and propofol combined in laparoscopic surgery anesthesia effect is remarkable, high security at the same time, can effectively accelerate the postoperative recovery time and waking time, worth clinical hospital reasonable application.
