目的:探讨了冠心病患者血浆Leptin和血清cTnI CNP水平的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和生化法对90例冠心病患者进行了血浆Leptin和血清cTnI、CNP水平检测,其中稳定性心绞痛(SAP)41例,不稳定心绞痛(UAP)34例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)15例,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果冠心病患者血浆Leptin和血清cTnI、CNP水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),AMI和UAP组水平又明显高于SAP组(P<0.01),血浆Leptin水平与cTnI、CNP水平呈显著正相关(r=0.61380.5926 P<0.01)。结论检测冠心病患者血浆Leptin和血清cTnI、CNP水平的变化与CHD的发生和发展与疾病的预后观察均具有重要的临床价值。

Objective : To explore the clinical significance of changes of plasma leptin and serum cTnI CNP levels in patients with coronary heart diseases(CHD) Methods: plasma leptin and serum CNP(with Ria) serum cTnI (with Biochemistry) levels were determined in 90 patients with CHD(41 SAP ,34 UAP, 15 AMI)and 35 controls . Results :plasma leptin and serum cTnI CNP levels in patients with CHD were significance higher than those in contrals(P<0.01)Among the patients with CHD the magnitude of changes of the levels of plasma leptin and serum cTnI CNP levels in AMI UAP groups were significantly higher than those in SAP groups(P<0.05)plasma leptin levels were positively correlated with serum cTnI CNP levels (r=0.6138 0.5926 P<0.01)conclusions : plasma leptin and serum cTnI CNP levels were closely related to the diseases process of CHD and were of great clinical importance for assessment of the diseases and outcome prediction.
