目的：探讨直视下行寰枢椎椎弓根螺钉固定术治疗枢椎齿状突骨折。方法：21例枢椎齿状突骨折部分伴有寰枢脱位患者行了直视下寰枢椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定后。结果：21例患者中通过不同的时间其骨折均得到了良好的愈合。结论：经寰枢椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术在术中结合三维C T重建基本可以在直视下完成，方法简单易于掌握，可大大降低手术风险性，易于普遍推广。
목적：탐토직시하행환추추추궁근라정고정술치료추추치상돌골절。방법：21례추추치상돌골절부분반유환추탈위환자행료직시하환추추경추궁근라정내고정후。결과：21례환자중통과불동적시간기골절균득도료량호적유합。결론：경환추추추궁근라정내고정술재술중결합삼유C T중건기본가이재직시하완성，방법간단역우장악，가대대강저수술풍험성，역우보편추엄。
