目的：探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液联合激素治疗急性CO中毒迟发性脑病（DEACMP）的临床疗效。方法收治DEACMP患者64例随机分成2组，治疗组和对照组各32例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组则在常规治疗基础上加用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液和激素，观察两组患者的临床疗效，并对两组患者治疗前后用HDS量表作智能评分。结果治疗组较对照组有效率及HDS评分增高，差异有统计学意义。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液联合激素对治疗DEACMP有效。
목적：탐토곡극호정뇌단백수해물주사액연합격소치료급성CO중독지발성뇌병（DEACMP）적림상료효。방법수치DEACMP환자64례수궤분성2조，치료조화대조조각32례，대조조급여상규치료，치료조칙재상규치료기출상가용곡극호정뇌단백수해물주사액화격소，관찰량조환자적림상료효，병대량조환자치료전후용HDS량표작지능평분。결과치료조교대조조유효솔급HDS평분증고，차이유통계학의의。결론곡극호정뇌단백수해물주사액연합격소대치료DEACMP유효。
Objective:To investigate effect of troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with glucocorticoids curing delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP). Methods: 60 DEACMP patients were divided into control group 30 and treatment group 30 in random. Control group was treated with supportive and hyperbaric oxygen treatment,treatment group was treated with troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with glucocorticoids in addition.To observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate and HDS score of treatment group were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistical y significant.Conclusion:troxerutin cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with glucocorticoids are effective in treating DEACMP.
