以聚醚三元醇和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇为复合多元醇体系,将其与甲苯二异氰酸酯合成聚氨酯预聚体,然后加入填料、助剂等制成A组分,以芳香胺类固化剂为主要成分制成B组分,由此制得双管包装的双组分高强度聚氨酯密封胶,考察了其力学性能、耐高低温性能及储存稳定性。结果表明,固化24 h后的密封胶的拉伸剪切强度达到7 MPa以上;其固化24 h并在70℃环境温度下处理72 h后的拉伸剪切强度可达10.78 MPa,固化24 h后在-50℃环境温度下的拉伸剪切强度可达11.62 MPa,具有较好的耐高低温性能;制备的密封胶具有较好的长时间储存稳定性。
以聚醚三元醇和聚四氫呋喃醚二醇為複閤多元醇體繫,將其與甲苯二異氰痠酯閤成聚氨酯預聚體,然後加入填料、助劑等製成A組分,以芳香胺類固化劑為主要成分製成B組分,由此製得雙管包裝的雙組分高彊度聚氨酯密封膠,攷察瞭其力學性能、耐高低溫性能及儲存穩定性。結果錶明,固化24 h後的密封膠的拉伸剪切彊度達到7 MPa以上;其固化24 h併在70℃環境溫度下處理72 h後的拉伸剪切彊度可達10.78 MPa,固化24 h後在-50℃環境溫度下的拉伸剪切彊度可達11.62 MPa,具有較好的耐高低溫性能;製備的密封膠具有較好的長時間儲存穩定性。
이취미삼원순화취사경부남미이순위복합다원순체계,장기여갑분이이청산지합성취안지예취체,연후가입전료、조제등제성A조분,이방향알류고화제위주요성분제성B조분,유차제득쌍관포장적쌍조분고강도취안지밀봉효,고찰료기역학성능、내고저온성능급저존은정성。결과표명,고화24 h후적밀봉효적랍신전절강도체도7 MPa이상;기고화24 h병재70℃배경온도하처리72 h후적랍신전절강도가체10.78 MPa,고화24 h후재-50℃배경온도하적랍신전절강도가체11.62 MPa,구유교호적내고저온성능;제비적밀봉효구유교호적장시간저존은정성。
Polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by using polyether triols and polytetramethylene ether glycol as composite polyols system to react with 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate,then the A component was prepared through adding additives into the prepolymer,moreover,the B component was prepared by taking aromatic amine curing agent as main ingredient,on the basis,the two-component high strength polyurethane sealant with double tube packing was prepared. The mechanical properties,high and low temperature resistance and storage stability of the sealant were investigated. The results show that the tensile shear strength of the sealant after curing 24 h reaches 7 MPa above which is much higher than the targeted value of 4 MPa. After treating 72 h under the conditions of 70℃,the tensile shear strength of the sealant after curing 24 h is 10.78 MPa,and under the conditions of-50℃, the tensile shear strength of the sealant after curing 24 h is 11.62 MPa,which indicated that the sealant has good high and low temperature resistance. The sealant has good long time storage stability.
