以硫酸钡为基本填料制备食品级聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料,考察硫酸钡含量对PTFE密封材料力学和摩擦磨损性能的影响,然后采用钛铬黄与硫酸钡协同改性PTFE密封材料,研究了协同改性的效果。结果表明,随硫酸钡含量的增加,硫酸钡填充PTFE密封材料的硬度、压缩强度和摩擦系数提高,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和体积磨损率降低;当硫酸钡质量分数为20%时,随钛铬黄含量的增加,PTFE密封材料的压缩强度略有提高,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率总体上先上升后降低,体积磨损率和安装回弹率降低,对磨损伤宽度略有增加,硬度和摩擦系数基本无变化,当钛铬黄质量分数为2%时,密封材料的拉伸性能最高,安装回弹率在85%左右;当PTFE基体树脂含量相同时,相对于单一硫酸钡填充的密封材料,钛铬黄与硫酸钡协同改性的密封材料的拉伸和压缩性能及安装回弹率较高,而体积磨损率和对磨损伤宽度均较低。将质量分数为2%的钛铬黄与20%的硫酸钡协同改性的PTFE密封材料制成食品用密封产品,经实际生产验证,其使用寿命可达10000 h。
以硫痠鋇為基本填料製備食品級聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料,攷察硫痠鋇含量對PTFE密封材料力學和摩抆磨損性能的影響,然後採用鈦鉻黃與硫痠鋇協同改性PTFE密封材料,研究瞭協同改性的效果。結果錶明,隨硫痠鋇含量的增加,硫痠鋇填充PTFE密封材料的硬度、壓縮彊度和摩抆繫數提高,拉伸彊度、斷裂伸長率和體積磨損率降低;噹硫痠鋇質量分數為20%時,隨鈦鉻黃含量的增加,PTFE密封材料的壓縮彊度略有提高,拉伸彊度和斷裂伸長率總體上先上升後降低,體積磨損率和安裝迴彈率降低,對磨損傷寬度略有增加,硬度和摩抆繫數基本無變化,噹鈦鉻黃質量分數為2%時,密封材料的拉伸性能最高,安裝迴彈率在85%左右;噹PTFE基體樹脂含量相同時,相對于單一硫痠鋇填充的密封材料,鈦鉻黃與硫痠鋇協同改性的密封材料的拉伸和壓縮性能及安裝迴彈率較高,而體積磨損率和對磨損傷寬度均較低。將質量分數為2%的鈦鉻黃與20%的硫痠鋇協同改性的PTFE密封材料製成食品用密封產品,經實際生產驗證,其使用壽命可達10000 h。

Food-grade PTFE sealing materials were prepared by adding barium sulfate and the effects of barium sulfate content on the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of the sealing materials were studied. Then titanium chromium yellow and barium sulfate were used to modify the sealing materials synergistically and the synergistic effects were investigated. The results show that with the barium sulfate content increasing,the hardness,compressive strength and friction coefficient of the seal material increase and the tensile strength,elongation at break and volume wear rate decrease. When the mass fraction of barium sulfate is 20%,with the titanium chromium yellow content increasing,the compressive strength and wear scar width of the sealing material increase slightly,the tensile strength and elongation at break increase firstly and decrease lastly in general,the volume wear rate and installing resilience rate decrease,hardness and friction coefficient have no obvious change,when the mass fraction of titanium chromium yellow is 2%,the tensile properties of the sealing material are best and installing resilience rate is about 85%. When the PTFE matrix resin content is same,the installing resilience rate,tensile and compressive properties of the sealing material modified by titanium chromium yellow and barium sulfate are higher than those of which modified only using barium sulfate,and the volume wear rate and wear scar width are lower. The life of sealing product for food which was prepared with the sealing materials containing 2%titanium chromium yellow and 20%barium sulfate can reach 10 000 h after practical producing test.
