电动汽车商业模式是推动电动汽车技术创新扩散的重要途径,而商业模式价值网络中消费者效用和经营主体盈利性决定了该模式是否可持续。运用比较法和动态盈亏平衡分析法(BEP),从经济性视角重点对“深圳模式”进行剖析,发现充电运营环节的购电和充电差价、充电时间、充电需求量是影响商业模式可持续发展的关键参数。并以此为基础,对国内电动汽车商业模式中各主体的盈利能力进行考察和评价,总结存在的问题,并提出对策建议。

Business model innovation for electric vehicles (EVs) is an important way to promote the innovation diffusion of EVs. Consumer utility and profitability of business entities in the value network determines the sus-tainability of business models for EVs. So this paper adopts comparison and dynamic break-even analysis (BEP) methods to analyze the 'Shenzhen Model' from the perspective of economics. The results reveal that markup price between purchasing and charging, charging time and EV market penetration in the charging operational aspect are key factors of influencing the sustainability of the business model. Based on these, the profitability of each key actor is integrated to summarize and evaluate other domestic business models and some suggestions are proposed.
