目的：以活血通络，行气补肾为治法，探讨瘀血内阻、胞络不通所致输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法观察并记录门诊患者49例治疗前后主症状改善情况，并定期随访并记录患者2年内受孕情况。结果以“活血通络，行气补肾”组方（自拟通络助孕方）方可明显改善痰浊血瘀证的症状，有效地改善输卵管阻塞，治愈27例（55.10%），好转14例（28.57%），无效8例（16.33%），总有效率83.67%，疗效明确。结论本方可明显改善痰浊血瘀证的症状，有效地改善输卵管阻塞。
목적：이활혈통락，행기보신위치법，탐토어혈내조、포락불통소치수란관조새성불잉적림상료효。방법관찰병기록문진환자49례치료전후주증상개선정황，병정기수방병기록환자2년내수잉정황。결과이“활혈통락，행기보신”조방（자의통락조잉방）방가명현개선담탁혈어증적증상，유효지개선수란관조새，치유27례（55.10%），호전14례（28.57%），무효8례（16.33%），총유효솔83.67%，료효명학。결론본방가명현개선담탁혈어증적증상，유효지개선수란관조새。
Objective Using the therapies of promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels and promoting the circulation of qi to notify kidney , the article is to investigate the clinical curative effects of fal opian tube obstructive infertility caused by stagnation of blood stasis and cellular network impassability. Methods To observe and record the improvements of the main symptoms of 49 out-patient cases, and to take fol ow-up visits and record their fertility situation within two years. Results The combination of prescriptions of promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels and promoting the circulation of qi to notify kidney can greatly improve the symptoms of phlegm muddy blood jam-up certificate. This therap y can improve effectively the symptoms of salpingemphraxis. With 27 cases of curing (55.10%), 14 cases of bettering (28.57%) and 8 cases of ineffectiveness(16.33%), the total effective rate reaches 83.67%. Conclusion The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood-stasis can improve the symptoms of phlegm muddy blood jam-up certificate and salpingemphraxis.
