目的 探讨患者住院登记时留置电话的应用意义.方法对我院2009年1月1日至2009年5月31日经入院登记处办理入院的400名确诊初治肺结核病人,根据病人的性别、年龄、疾病,在他们办理住院登记过程中要求其留置2个电话,进行回访、交谈并记录.结果每月1次护理部入院病人满意度调查表400个留置电话患者中,1%表示回避,99%患者感到留置电话非常必要,给予积极配合;医护人员能及时了解患者的心理、治疗效果;住院期间患者病情出现异常,能及时通知其家人;为病区出院病人的电话回访、跟踪、健康教育提供方便.结论留置电话缩短了护患之间的距离.增加了患者对医护人员的信任度,可全面获取患者对医院服务的评价信息,对促进病人康复和医患沟通起到互利互用效果.

Objective To evaluate the value of keeping the patient's home phone number at the admission office.Methods The research was carried out on 400 patients who were. discharged from Guangzhou chest hospital between January 1, 2009 and May 31, 2009. The data of the research were collected by using "Patient Identification Form", The "Evaluation Form" for "Service of Giving Information" and "Patient Follow-up Form". The patients were, called for one time every month after their discharge from the hospital until the patient recovered.And their satisfaction levels of the information given by the researcher were questioned.Results All of them thought the method mentioned ahove was convenient and necessary. Ninety-six percent of the patients could cooperate readily.The medical staff might have a clear profile of how about the patient's psychology, and the reset of therapy. In addition,for those in-patint.In case of the abnormal symptoms or syndromes occurred, his/her family could be informed on time.Conclusions It is suggested that keep the patient's phone number, and communicate over the telephone whenever it should be, enabling the treatments and the cares more effectively, Call-follow-up and health education program could finished easily just by dealing the phone and talking to the patients.The patient's trusty on nursing and treatment were enhanced,the patient's satisfaction levels of the serves offered by the hospital could be known, and finally the patients recovered more tmeventful.
