目的：探讨肌松调整手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：120例颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，治疗组采用肌松调整手法治疗，对照组采用常规西医治疗，2个疗程后对比其效果。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组眩晕症状评分显著高于对照组（P<0.01），且TCD和X线表现均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：肌松调整手法治疗颈性眩晕效果显著。

목적：탐토기송조정수법치료경성현훈적림상료효。방법：120례경성현훈환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례，치료조채용기송조정수법치료，대조조채용상규서의치료，2개료정후대비기효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P<0.01）；관찰조현훈증상평분현저고우대조조（P<0.01），차TCD화X선표현균우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：기송조정수법치료경성현훈효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of muscle relaxation manipulation treating cervical vertigo. Methods:120 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 60 cases, observation group was treated with muscle relaxation manipulation, control group treated with routine western medicine, the effect was compared after 2 courses of treatment. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01 group);vertigo symptom score of observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01), and TCD and X-ray manifestation were both better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Mus-cle relaxation manipulation treating cervical vertigo is significantly effective.
