目的：分析白内障住院患者的流行病学及构成特点。方法选择2012年1月~2014年1月在河北省石家庄爱尔眼科医院进行住院治疗的168例白内障患者,对患者的年龄、性别、患眼数、费用等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在白内障住院患者中,50岁及以上年龄者容易患病；男性患病比例大于女性；双眼盲患者的比例较高；大多数患者选择费用较低的方案进行治疗；小切口非超声白内障摘除术在临床上应用比较广泛。结论加强眼睛的保护工作和防盲治盲的宣传工作,推广应用小切口非超声白内障摘除术,解决低收入白内障患者的手术治疗问题。
목적：분석백내장주원환자적류행병학급구성특점。방법선택2012년1월~2014년1월재하북성석가장애이안과의원진행주원치료적168례백내장환자,대환자적년령、성별、환안수、비용등림상자료진행회고성분석。결과재백내장주원환자중,50세급이상년령자용역환병；남성환병비례대우녀성；쌍안맹환자적비례교고；대다수환자선택비용교저적방안진행치료；소절구비초성백내장적제술재림상상응용비교엄범。결론가강안정적보호공작화방맹치맹적선전공작,추엄응용소절구비초성백내장적제술,해결저수입백내장환자적수술치료문제。
Objective To analyze the epidemiology and constitutional features of hospitalized patients with cataract. Methods 168 cases of cataract patients hospitalized in Aier Ophthalmic Hospital of Shijiazhuang City from January 2012 to January 2014 were chosen, the clinical data of patients' age, gender, number, the affected eye costs were ana-lyzed retrospectively. Results Among cataract hospitalized patients, 50 years of age and older patients were vulnerable to fall ill; prevalence proportion of men was higher than women; proportion of patients with bilateral blindness was higher; most patients chose a lower cost solution for treatment; small incision extracapsular cataract enucleation was used widely in clinical practice. Conclusion Strengthen the protection and prevention of blindness in the eyes of pub-licity, promote and apply small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and solve the problem of low-income cataract surgery patients.
