目的 探讨长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像学特征.方法 回顾性分析经病理证实长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿患者的影像学资料.结果 16例患者共检查出病灶21处,其中股骨有12处病灶,胫骨5处,腓骨2处,桡骨2处.影像学表现主要为骨质破坏、皮质改变、骨膜反应、软组织肿块.结论 长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像学表现具有一定的特征性,结合X线平片和CT、MRI,可提高对该病的影像学诊断能力.
目的 探討長骨嗜痠性肉芽腫的影像學特徵.方法 迴顧性分析經病理證實長骨嗜痠性肉芽腫患者的影像學資料.結果 16例患者共檢查齣病竈21處,其中股骨有12處病竈,脛骨5處,腓骨2處,橈骨2處.影像學錶現主要為骨質破壞、皮質改變、骨膜反應、軟組織腫塊.結論 長骨嗜痠性肉芽腫的影像學錶現具有一定的特徵性,結閤X線平片和CT、MRI,可提高對該病的影像學診斷能力.
목적 탐토장골기산성육아종적영상학특정.방법 회고성분석경병리증실장골기산성육아종환자적영상학자료.결과 16례환자공검사출병조21처,기중고골유12처병조,경골5처,비골2처,뇨골2처.영상학표현주요위골질파배、피질개변、골막반응、연조직종괴.결론 장골기산성육아종적영상학표현구유일정적특정성,결합X선평편화CT、MRI,가제고대해병적영상학진단능력.
Objective To explore the radiologic features of eosinophilic granuloma of long bones.Methods The radiologic data of 16 patients with eosinophilic granuloma confirmed by pathology were analyzed.Results 21 lesions were examined in the 16 patients,including 12 lesions in femur,5 in tibia,2in fibula,and 2 in radius.The main imaging findings included bone destruction,cortex alteration,periosteal reaction,and soft tissue mass.Conclusions Eosinophilic granuloma of long bones presents special features on radiologic imaging.The combination of X-ray,CT,and MRI could help enhance the accuracy of diagnosis.
