目的:探讨黄芪丹参不同配比对气虚血瘀证大鼠血液流变学及血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮前列腺素F1β(6-keto-PGF1β)的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和黄芪丹参不同配比组,每组各10只。黄芪、丹参的总给药量均为原药材15 g/kg,黄芪、丹参比例分别为5颐1、3颐1、1颐1、1颐3、1颐5。采用饥饿、游泳加皮下注射肾上腺素的方法复制气虚血瘀证大鼠模型,各组大鼠给予不同配比的水煎液冻干物,测定血液流变学指标和TXB2、6-keto-PGF1β含量。结果气虚血瘀模型组血流变参数和TXB2显著升高,6-keto-PGF1β显著降低,与正常组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),模型复制成功。黄芪丹参3颐1、1颐1、1颐3、1颐5配比组可改善血瘀状态,使升高的TXB2水平降低,提升6-keto-PGF1β及6-keto-PGF1β/TXB2比值,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄芪丹参对大鼠气虚血瘀证确有疗效,其中1颐3配比组效果最佳。

목적:탐토황기단삼불동배비대기허혈어증대서혈액류변학급혈전소B2(TXB2)、6-동전렬선소F1β(6-keto-PGF1β)적영향。방법장SD대서수궤분위정상조、모형조화황기단삼불동배비조,매조각10지。황기、단삼적총급약량균위원약재15 g/kg,황기、단삼비례분별위5이1、3이1、1이1、1이3、1이5。채용기아、유영가피하주사신상선소적방법복제기허혈어증대서모형,각조대서급여불동배비적수전액동간물,측정혈액류변학지표화TXB2、6-keto-PGF1β함량。결과기허혈어모형조혈류변삼수화TXB2현저승고,6-keto-PGF1β현저강저,여정상조비교차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01),모형복제성공。황기단삼3이1、1이1、1이3、1이5배비조가개선혈어상태,사승고적TXB2수평강저,제승6-keto-PGF1β급6-keto-PGF1β/TXB2비치,차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론황기단삼대대서기허혈어증학유료효,기중1이3배비조효과최가。
Objective To explore the influence of the different compatibility proportion of Astragalus Membranaceus and Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Qi deficiency and blood stasis rat model on hemorheology and the content of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α. Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and five compatibility groups, 10 rats in each group. The Qi deficiency and blood stasis rat model was replicated by restricted diet, forced swimming and norepinephrine subcutaneous injecting. The rats were orally given with different proportion of dry freez-ing water decoction, the proportions of Astragalus Membranaceus and Salvia Miltiorrhiza were 5:1, 3:1, 1:1, 1:3, 1:5 re-spectively, and the total dosage were all 15 g/kg. The hemorheology and the content of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were determined. Results The hemorheology parameters and TXB2 were significantly increased and 6-keto-PGF1αlowered in Qi deficiency, compared with normal group, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.01), the Qi deficiency and blood stasis rat models were successful. The compatibility of Astragalus Membranaceus and Salvia Miltiorrhiza in proportion of 3:1, 1:1, 1:3, 1:5 groups showed improved blood stasis state, TXB2 content was decreased, 6-keto-PGF1αand 6-keto-PGF1α/TXB2 ratio were increased, comparing with model group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The different proportion is effective, the ratio of 1:3 has the best effect.
