公众参与行政决策是行政权发展民主化趋势的具体表现，公众参与可以使行政决策的过程更加民主，程序更加合理，效果更加突出。但是，目前公众参与行政决策还存在一些需要完善的方面。本文立足于对行政权发展民主化趋势的分析，对我国行政决策中的公众参与提出了若干完善意见。

Public participation in administrative decision-making is a specific embodiment of the democratic trend of administrative power development, as public participation can make the process of decision-making more democratic, the procedure more rea-sonable and the effect more prominent. However, there are still some aspects that should be improved in the current public par-ticipation in administrative decision-making. Based on analyzing the democratic trend of administrative power development, this paper proposes several improvement suggestions for public par-ticipation in China's Administrative decision-making.
