目前巷道辅助材料支护设计暂无具体的设计方法,主要以工程类比思想和设计者的工程经验指导设计,易造成辅助材料在巷道围岩性质较好区域支护过剩,围岩性质较差区域支护强度不足。针对此类问题,提出了合理的辅助材料支护参数应能保证支护后裸露岩层的尺寸小于巷道顶板表层岩层稳定跨距,同一条巷道中可根据顶板不同的表层岩层稳定跨距采用不同的辅助材料支护参数,并确定了采动影响条件下巷道顶板表层岩层稳定跨距的计算方法;同时将顶板表层岩层稳定跨距分成4类,给出了每类顶板的辅助材料选择原则,介绍了此种设计方法和原则在神东矿区补连塔12420回风巷和乌兰木伦矿12302回撤通道部分区域的应用情况。

At present , there is no design method of supporting roadway for ancillary material. It was designed by engineering analogy and experience , which would result in supporting excessively in area with good surrounding rock condition and supporting insufficiently in area with bad conditions.In order to solve this problem , it was put forward that rational ancillary material supporting parameters should make the dimension of non-supporting section was minor than stable caving pace of roof surface strata , and different ancillary material supporting parameters in same roadway were permitted according with different stable caving paces of roof surface strata .Cal-culation method of stable caving pace of roof surface strata influenced by mining was obtained .The stable caving paces of roof surface strata were classified into 4 classes, whose ancillary material selection principle was put forward.Application of this method in 12420 air-return roadway of Bulianta Colliery and 12302 dismantle roadway of Wulanmulun Colliery was introduced.
