目的:研究缬沙坦对人冠脉内皮细胞( HCAEC)氧化应激过程中gp91 Phox的影响。方法对照组:体外贴壁培养HCAEC,不进行其他干预;实验组:相同培养条件下加入缬沙坦(10μmol/L)培养24 h。应用Western blot法和细胞免疫荧光法测定两组细胞中gp91 Phox的水平,对两组结果进行统计分析并比较。结果实验组HCAEC中gp91 Phox的水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论缬沙坦可以显著减少HCAEC中尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶亚基gp91Phox的表达,从而降低氧化应激水平。

Objective To study the effect on human coronary artery endothelial cells ( HCAEC ) gp91 Phox in the process of oxidative stress by valsartan. Methods The control group: adherent culture HCAEC in vitro, no other intervention;the experimental group:under the same conditions with valsartan (10μmol/L) train for 24 hours. U-sing Western blot and cell immunofluorescence measure gp91 Phox levels in two groups of cells. The results were sta-tistically analyzed and compared in both groups. Results The experimental group gp91 Phox level significantly lower than the control group in HCAEC( P<0. 01 ) , the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Valsartan can significantly decrease the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate ( NADPH ) oxidase subunit gp91 Phox ex-pression in HCAEC, thus reduce oxidative stress level.
