目的:诃子为使君子科诃子及绒毛诃子的干燥成熟果实。诃子所含的活性成分种类很多,研究表明其主要包括鞣质类、三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、糖类等成分。多糖作为诃子中一类活性成分,已有研究表明其具有免疫调节、抗氧化等作用,因此诃子多糖的提取的工艺研究具有深远的理论意义与应用价值。方法:本实验使用了冷浸法提取多糖、紫外分光光度法测定多糖的含量。并通过单因素实验,以多糖提取率作为指标,选取加水倍数A,冷浸时间B、冷浸次数C三个因素设计正交试验。结果:实验结果表明,影响多糖提取率的主次因素为A>C>B,最佳提取工艺为加水倍数3倍、冷浸8 h、冷浸一次。结论:本实验优选出的最佳提取工艺条件,为开发诃子多糖提供了科学依据。

목적:가자위사군자과가자급융모가자적간조성숙과실。가자소함적활성성분충류흔다,연구표명기주요포괄유질류、삼첩조감류、황동류、당류등성분。다당작위가자중일류활성성분,이유연구표명기구유면역조절、항양화등작용,인차가자다당적제취적공예연구구유심원적이론의의여응용개치。방법:본실험사용료랭침법제취다당、자외분광광도법측정다당적함량。병통과단인소실험,이다당제취솔작위지표,선취가수배수A,랭침시간B、랭침차수C삼개인소설계정교시험。결과:실험결과표명,영향다당제취솔적주차인소위A>C>B,최가제취공예위가수배수3배、랭침8 h、랭침일차。결론:본실험우선출적최가제취공예조건,위개발가자다당제공료과학의거。
Objective:Terminalia chebula Retz. is dry ripened fruit of Terminalia chebula Retz. and Terminalia chebula Retz. var. tomentella kurt. Various active constituents are contained in Terminalia chebula Retz. such as tannins, triterpenoid saponins, flavonoids and saccharides etc. approved by researches. Polysaccharide is a kind of active constituent of Terminalia chebula Retz. with effect of im-munoregulation and antioxidation. Polysaccharide extract method from Terminalia chebula Retz. is with theoretical meaning and application value. Methods: Maceration extract and ultraviolet spectrophotometry are applied in experiments of this paper to determine polysaccharide content. In addition,single factor experiment is applied in this paper with extraction rate of polysaccharide as target,orthogonal test is designed with water amount as A, maceration time as B and maceration frequency as C. Results:The experiments show that major factor influenced extraction rate of polysaccharide is A,followed with C and B as smallest influential factor. Best extract method is with three times water amount in one time of eight hours maceration. Conclusion:Best extract method is selected with experiments of this paper with scientific basis provided for development of Terminalia chebula Retz.
