目的:探讨3.0T磁共振动态增强检查VIBRANT( Volume Imaging for Breast Assessment,乳腺容积成像序列)技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的32例乳腺疾病病人的MRI资料,分析病变信号、形态、时间-信号强度曲线,计算VIBRANT动态增强扫描技术用于诊断良恶性病变的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果:采用VIBRANT乳腺动态增强扫描技术后,在保证图像信噪比的条件下,克服了传统动态增强检查的缺点,并且结合病变动态增强后的征象和时间-信号曲线图,明显提高了对乳腺良、恶性病变的诊断,其诊断的敏感性为100%,特异性为81.25%,准确性为93%。乳腺肿瘤动态增强曲线流入型与流出型( P=0.000)、平台型与流出型(P=0.001),差异有统计学意义;流入型与平台型(P=0.209),差异无统计学意义。结论:VIBRANT动态增强扫描技术为乳腺磁共振动态增强检查提供了更新、更好的方法,对提高乳腺疾病诊断的正确性无疑是一种更先进的技术。
目的:探討3.0T磁共振動態增彊檢查VIBRANT( Volume Imaging for Breast Assessment,乳腺容積成像序列)技術在乳腺疾病診斷中的價值。方法:迴顧性分析經手術病理證實的32例乳腺疾病病人的MRI資料,分析病變信號、形態、時間-信號彊度麯線,計算VIBRANT動態增彊掃描技術用于診斷良噁性病變的靈敏度、特異度、準確度。結果:採用VIBRANT乳腺動態增彊掃描技術後,在保證圖像信譟比的條件下,剋服瞭傳統動態增彊檢查的缺點,併且結閤病變動態增彊後的徵象和時間-信號麯線圖,明顯提高瞭對乳腺良、噁性病變的診斷,其診斷的敏感性為100%,特異性為81.25%,準確性為93%。乳腺腫瘤動態增彊麯線流入型與流齣型( P=0.000)、平檯型與流齣型(P=0.001),差異有統計學意義;流入型與平檯型(P=0.209),差異無統計學意義。結論:VIBRANT動態增彊掃描技術為乳腺磁共振動態增彊檢查提供瞭更新、更好的方法,對提高乳腺疾病診斷的正確性無疑是一種更先進的技術。

Objective:To study the diagnosis value of 3 . 0 T dynamic enhanced MRI VIBRANT technique in breast diseases. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 32 patients proved by pathology of breast disease. Analysis of lesion morphology, signal, time-signal intensity curve, calculating the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of dynamic enhanced MRI VIBRANT technique in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Results:By using dynamic enhanced MRI VIBRANT technique, the sensitivity of diagnosis was 100%,the specificity of diagnosis was 81. 25%and the accuracy of diagnosis was 93%. About dynamic enhancement curve, the differences of inflow and outflow type was statistically significant(P=0. 000),and the differences of platform and outflow type was statistically significant(P=0. 001),the differences of inflow and platform type was not statistically significant(P=0. 209). Con-clusion:Dynamic enhanced MRI VIBRANT technique could improve the diagnosis of breast diseases.
