对橡胶籽油(rubber see d oil,RSO)中的多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)进行了分离纯化,以此为原料,采用过氧乙酸原位法合成了环氧化多不饱和脂肪酸并进行了红外分析,探讨了30%过氧化氢(H2O2)的用量、冰乙酸的用量、反应时间和反应温度对环氧化反应的影响。结果表明,当原料与30%H2O2用量比为1∶2.5(质量比)、与冰乙酸的用量比为1∶0.9(质量比),在65℃下反应3 h,环氧化程度最高,产物环氧值可达8.28 mol/100 g,相对环氧转化率为82%,双键转化率为97%。
對橡膠籽油(rubber see d oil,RSO)中的多不飽和脂肪痠(polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)進行瞭分離純化,以此為原料,採用過氧乙痠原位法閤成瞭環氧化多不飽和脂肪痠併進行瞭紅外分析,探討瞭30%過氧化氫(H2O2)的用量、冰乙痠的用量、反應時間和反應溫度對環氧化反應的影響。結果錶明,噹原料與30%H2O2用量比為1∶2.5(質量比)、與冰乙痠的用量比為1∶0.9(質量比),在65℃下反應3 h,環氧化程度最高,產物環氧值可達8.28 mol/100 g,相對環氧轉化率為82%,雙鍵轉化率為97%。
대상효자유(rubber see d oil,RSO)중적다불포화지방산(polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)진행료분리순화,이차위원료,채용과양을산원위법합성료배양화다불포화지방산병진행료홍외분석,탐토료30%과양화경(H2O2)적용량、빙을산적용량、반응시간화반응온도대배양화반응적영향。결과표명,당원료여30%H2O2용량비위1∶2.5(질량비)、여빙을산적용량비위1∶0.9(질량비),재65℃하반응3 h,배양화정도최고,산물배양치가체8.28 mol/100 g,상대배양전화솔위82%,쌍건전화솔위97%。
Polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) was separated from rubber see d oil (RSO),and then epoxidized PUFA (EPUFA) was prepared by peroxyacetic acid generated in situ by react-ing acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide with PUFA from RSO. Influence of the amount of 30%H2O2 and acetic acid,reaction time,and reaction temperature on epoxidation were studied,re-sults showed that the optimum reaction conditions as follows:the ration of PUFA/acetic acid/30%H2O2 was 1/0.9/2.5 (g/g/g),the mixture reacted under 65℃for 3 h,the epoxy value of EPUFA was up to 8.28 mol/100 g,relative conversion to oxirane was 82%,conversion of dou-ble was 97%.
