为克服现有的高盐废水多效蒸发能耗高的问题,提出了水平-竖直管降膜多效蒸发高盐废水处理系统。工艺流程的原理分析和工程实例计算证明,利用竖管降膜蒸发器生成的二次蒸汽作为水平管降膜多效蒸发系统的加热蒸汽,使废水在水平管降膜蒸发器内浓缩,可大幅度降低在竖管降膜蒸发系统内进行蒸发结晶的废水量,从而减少废水蒸发消耗的高温高压蒸汽量,因此该技术是具有发展前景的高盐废水处理节能新技术。
為剋服現有的高鹽廢水多效蒸髮能耗高的問題,提齣瞭水平-豎直管降膜多效蒸髮高鹽廢水處理繫統。工藝流程的原理分析和工程實例計算證明,利用豎管降膜蒸髮器生成的二次蒸汽作為水平管降膜多效蒸髮繫統的加熱蒸汽,使廢水在水平管降膜蒸髮器內濃縮,可大幅度降低在豎管降膜蒸髮繫統內進行蒸髮結晶的廢水量,從而減少廢水蒸髮消耗的高溫高壓蒸汽量,因此該技術是具有髮展前景的高鹽廢水處理節能新技術。

In order to overcome the problem of high salinity wastewater with multi-effect, evaporation and high energy consumption, the paper puts forward the a combined horizontal&vertical tube fal ing iflm with multi-effect and evaporation used in high salinity wastewater treatment system. The principle analysis of technical lfow and engineering example calculation shows that the secondary steams produced by using vertical tube fal ing iflm evaporator become heating steams of horizontal tube fal ing iflm evaporation system and lets wastewater to be concentrated in horizontal tube fal ing iflm evaporator, so as to reduce the quantity of wastewater in vertical tube fal ing iflm evaporation system and reduce the steam quantity with high temperature and high pressure from wastewater evaporation and consumption. Therefore the technology possesses the developing prospect and new technology of energy saving for high salt wastewater treatment.
