目的:通过风药生姜配伍下瘀血汤对肝纤维化的抑制,揭示风药生姜增强活血化瘀的作用机制。方法:用50% CCl4橄榄油溶液皮下注射建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,8周造模成功后,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、下瘀血汤组(C组)、生姜低剂量配伍下瘀血汤组(D组),生姜中剂量配伍下瘀血汤组(E组)。继续造模的同时并用药物干预至12周,观察各组药物治疗后的一般情况和血清肝纤维指标变化及肝组织学变化。结果:与模型组比较,下瘀血汤组和风药组大鼠血清Ⅲ型前胶原(HPC-Ⅲ)、遇型胶原(ColⅥ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)含量明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且生姜配伍下瘀血汤组上述指标较单纯下瘀血汤组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:风药生姜配伍下瘀血汤可增加活血化瘀药的作用,为中医药抗肝纤维化提供新的用药配伍思路。

목적:통과풍약생강배오하어혈탕대간섬유화적억제,게시풍약생강증강활혈화어적작용궤제。방법:용50% CCl4감람유용액피하주사건립대서간섬유화모형,8주조모성공후,장대서수궤분위정상대조조(A조)、모형대조조(B조)、하어혈탕조(C조)、생강저제량배오하어혈탕조(D조),생강중제량배오하어혈탕조(E조)。계속조모적동시병용약물간예지12주,관찰각조약물치료후적일반정황화혈청간섬유지표변화급간조직학변화。결과:여모형조비교,하어혈탕조화풍약조대서혈청Ⅲ형전효원(HPC-Ⅲ)、우형효원(ColⅥ)、층점련단백(LN)함량명현강저(P<0.05혹P<0.01),차생강배오하어혈탕조상술지표교단순하어혈탕조명현강저(P<0.05)。결론:풍약생강배오하어혈탕가증가활혈화어약적작용,위중의약항간섬유화제공신적용약배오사로。
This article was aimed to study the inhibition of hepatic fibrosis by X ia-Y u-X ue (XYX) decoction with wind medicine ginger, in order to reveal the action mechanism of wind medicine ginger in increasing blood-activation and stasis-removing. The hepatic fibrosis rat models were established with 50% CCl4 hypodermic injection for 8 weeks. Rats were randomly divided into the normal control group (group A), model control group (group B), XYX decoction group (group C), XYX decoction with low-dose ginger group (group D), and the XYX decoction with medium-dose ginger group(group E). During the model establishment, medications were intervened until the 12th week. Observation was given on the general body status, changes of serum hepatic fibrosis indexes, and hepatic histological changes after medication in each group. The results showed that compared with the model group, contents of HPC-Ⅲ, ColⅥand LN in rat serum were obviously reduced in the XYX decoction group and wind medicine group (P< 0.05 or P<0.01). And indexes mentioned above in the XYX decoction combined with ginger group were lower than the XYX decoction group(P< 0.05). It was concluded that XYX decoction with wind medicine ginger can increase the blood-activation and stasis-removing effect, which provided new way of medication compatibility in the Chinese medicine treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
